Interfacing with CA
While one of our consultants is on-site, we encourage you to bring your
Telon issues to him rather than calling the CA hotline.

He may well be able to answer it himself, particularly as he knows your
installation better than CA does, and is on-site to run tests himself.

If he does have to call CA (perhaps to get a fix) his knowledge of many installations will enable
him to describe to CA any unusual features of yours which may be relevant,
thus leading to a faster solution.

Since our consultants have built up personal relationships with the staff
of the CA hotline, they can often get more information out of CA than a
stranger could.
