We believe strongly in treating our employees as partners in our joint efforts, capable of managing their own affairs. Our policies are designed to appeal primarily to mature, responsible individuals.

We pay you for the time you work, and allow you to set your own schedule. Whether you want to take off for a day or a year, it's your decision.
Since we are a service organization, we must ask you for a commitment to satisfy the client before you start work on a particular project. We will work with you to the best of our ability to help you meet that commitment. Once that commitment is met, you are free to live your own life until you are ready to make another commitment. We do, however, take exception if you choose not to meet a commitment you made, unless there are compelling unforeseeable reasons.
We choose people based entirely on our judgment of who will do the best job and provide the greatest client satisfaction. This leads naturally to a diverse, talented team.
Telon Consultants
As the world's leading center of Telon expertise, we are constantly being asked to provide qualified Telon programmers. As a company, it is our policy only to hire those with a good knowledge of the product. We offer the opportunity to learn about the client/server world, particularly Java and Visual Basic, during a Kicks-Out project. Also, you can learn Kicks-Out internals and become one of our systems programmers.
Java and Visual Basic Consultants
You will be a key player in a Kicks-Out project. You will have the opportunity to learn about data communications and middleware. Appropriate certification is a significant issue, impressing not only us but our clients. If you do not have it, by all means still talk to us, but expect us to keep suggesting it after you join us.
Recent Graduates with Java, Visual Basic or DB2
We all know that the first programming job is the toughest to get. Everyone wants to hire you once you have paid experience, but how do you get it? Our Kicks-Out conversion projects include a considerable amount of work which you can learn to do pretty quickly, but which still exposes you to a wide variety of technology. Once you have completed one conversion project (about four months on average) you may be ready to take one of the more senior positions above. Or, if you decide that you would prefer a more traditional employer at that stage, you will have some paid experience and (we hope) a good reference.
Typically, we hire recent graduates locally at the beginning of a contract, but we always welcome expressions of interest.
Sales and Marketing
The ideal salesperson would be one who had sold Telon for Pansophic, but if you think you could sell Kicks-Out and/or our consulting or training services, we'd love to hear from you. We are also always interested in partnering with other organizations.
