Help Processing

CA provides only text viewing capabilities in its help feature.  If your screen includes a field for the user to enter a color, you can use a VALUES edit to restrict the possibilities to RED, YELLOW, and BLUE.  If the user enters YELOW, he will get an error message.  If he does not realize his miss-spelling, he can now over type the Y with a question mark, and see a text screen listing the valid values, which he may already know.  What he needs, and CA is not providing, is the ability to select the YELLOW on the help screen and have it overwrite the value on your screen.  Otherwise he will go back to your screen, retype YELOW, and get frustrated.
