Most consulting firms hope to keep their people at the client's site indefinitely, but we recognize that is not an acceptable solution.  As the pool of available Telon talent shrinks, it becomes more likely that you will have to use contractors who live outside your area.  This is only acceptable as a temporary measure.  If you don't want to eliminate Telon, then you have to develop and maintain Telon skills in-house.

If you have several programmers in need of Telon training, your best solution is one of our on-site training classes.  These represent the most cost-effective way to transmit the same knowledge to several people.  If you can wait until another company hosts the class you want, maybe they will invite one or two of your people.  But if you need one or two people to become productive in Telon quickly, informal teaching is the way to go, because they will be writing useful programs under guidance using your normal development environment rather than the uncustomized training environment.
